As Vice-President of the University of Sydney's Master of Management Society, the representative body for students in Australia’s top postgraduate management program, I was selected based on demonstrated leadership potential, academic excellence, and ability to contribute meaningfully to the cohort. In this role, I helped shape the student experience and foster a supportive, collaborative community across the program.

One of my key initiatives was planning, launching, and managing the MMGT Society Mentoring Program. As Program Coordinator and Mentor, I designed the program structure, matched mentors and mentees, and provided ongoing guidance to ensure new students received actionable support in navigating their academic journeys. This initiative cultivated leadership, knowledge-sharing, and peer-to-peer learning among incoming and current students.

Beyond mentorship, I organized monthly community outreach activities to strengthen engagement within the cohort, create networking opportunities, and encourage active participation in society initiatives.

This experience honed my skills in leadership, program design, mentorship, stakeholder management, and community engagement, providing a strong foundation for guiding and empowering teams in professional contexts.
